Flower Festival
No one saw it arriving or setting up
It has by-passed essentials such as
planning committees, budgets, comms
and even, so far as we can ascertain,
Lottery Funding
But here it is
unminuted and unsupervised
exuberantly commandeering the slopes
on all the builders are rejecting.

Gloucester Cathedral precinct had became one massive building site for “Project Pilgrim”. But all over the piles of rubble and mess stuff beautiful things kept growing unplanned.
